Business Development Manager - Market Maker & Order Flow Partnerships

About the Role We run an institutional partnerships program that offers sophisticated clients — HNIs, family offices, prop desks, and small funds — structured trading opportunities on our platform. The program is live, and we're now scaling it. We're looking for a dedicated BD/Sales professional to own that growth end to end: sourcing participants, closing them, and managing relationships through onboarding and beyond. This is a hunter role with direct, measurable P&L impact.
