Please find brief JD of Catchment Manager as per discussion-

Hiring, Retention & Development of Infra (XFE/CRO) for the assigned territory/Market.
Business Development for Postpaid, Broadband, Airtel Black (DTH) & all available Product from Store & Market.
Customer Service Handling from Store for each walking & Walkout.
Pre-Launch Activities to be done for Newly launched Areas (Broadband) In the assigned territory.
Ensuring CRO/XFE productivity to be met month on month for Postpaid & Broadband.
Store Stock to be maintained, In-store Journey to be followed, & all Audits to be done from Store.
