Customer Operations Specialist – Sales & Order Management

Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused professional to manage sales quotations and day-to-day order processing. Create accurate customer quotes using tools such as Salesforce and SAP ECC, including product/item configuration and pricing. Ensure compliance with quotation policies, discount guidelines, and defined TAT and accuracy SLAs. Coordinate with Sales, Approvals, Item Setup, Software, Operations, Logistics, Planning, and Sourcing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle customer and internal queries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and order management cycle. Develop and maintain process Work Instructions, monitor monthly TAT and accuracy metrics, and support process governance. Drive quality and process improvement initiatives using established Lean/Quality methodologies and provide SME support to team members. Support end-to-end order management activities while ensuring customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and timely execution.
