Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain NGO repositories - scoping, due diligence, onboarding, MoUs, renewals etc

Conduct organizational desk review and due diligence of prospective and existing partners.

• Review governance structures and institutional policies.

• Assess financial systems and internal controls.

• Verify statutory registrations and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct financial and compliance risk assessments.

• Prepare due diligence reports and recommendations.

• Maintain compliance documentation.

• Support onboarding and partner readiness assessments.

• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and external stakeholders.

• Track compliance renewals and institutional risks.

• Maintain due diligence databases and dashboards.

Key Deliverables

• Complete Up to date repository with partner information

Completed due diligence reports for assigned partners.

• Governance and financial-systems review notes.

• Compliance tracker and renewal calendar.

• Institutional risk assessments and mitigation logs.

• Updated due diligence database and dashboards.
