Solid understanding of Linux Kernel, Boot Flow, System Architecture, File Systems, and OS Concepts. Experience in Embedded Linux platform bring-up and image creation. Proficiency in Git/GitHub, source code management, branching strategies, and code reviews. Experience with build tools such as BitBake, CMake, and Make. Knowledge of automated build and test frameworks for Embedded Linux environments. Key Responsibilities Customize and integrate Linux distributions, with a primary focus on Yocto, Ubuntu, and Debian. Develop and maintain embedded Linux images and software stacks. Work on kernel and user-space components for embedded platforms. Optimize system performance, boot-up sequence, and platform stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, integration, and deployment activities. Implement build automation and continuous integration workflows. Experience in BSP, platform integration, and system bring-up. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Linux-based embedded systems. Exposure to CI/CD and release management processes.
