• Strong exposure to hiring profiles such as CA, Taxation, Internal Audit, FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting, and Controllership.

• Good understanding of finance job roles, qualifications, and functional requirements.

• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
