The RoleWe are seeking a Manager, IBOR Operations, based in Pune, to lead the team responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of Addepar's Investment Book of Record (IBOR) — spanning Corporate Actions, Investment Accounting, Investable/Safe Cash, and Performance & Valuation. This role owns the operational integrity of positions, transactions, and reconciliations across custodial, aggregator, and trading data feeds, and acts as the senior escalation point for complex data and reconciliation issues. Reporting into Data Operations leadership, this person will manage a team made up of a Lead and Analysts, partner closely with Product and Engineering to evolve IBOR tooling, and represent Data Operations to senior stakeholders across the business.
