We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on customer requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM applications and workflows to enhance user experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM issues.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business applications and data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation on system functionality.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
• Proficient in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK and RESTful APIs for integration purposes.
• Ability to work with data import/export tools and data management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
