Job Description

• To manage PMLI Retention MIS
• Ensure customer communication (SMS/Mail/Letters) been sent as per defined timeline
• Design New MIS & Dashboard as per Business Requirment
• Adherence to SOP & Compliance
• Resolve all other operational matters related to Team & Process
• Interact with cross functions to resolve queries
• Calls with Sales/Branch Ops and manage queries/request related to Data for reinstatement, collection, persistency from all above channels
