PeopleSoft Operations Specialist_100% Remote

Experience: 12-15+ Years

Contract: 3 Months - Primary Only

Availability: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Work Hours: Significant overlap with US-based SME team

• Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Operations.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures, including tables, columns, keys, and data relationships.
• Experience identifying and analyzing PeopleSoft data to build a source-agnostic common data pool.
• Strong experience in data mapping, integration, migration, or extraction projects.
• Understanding of how Sales business processes map to the underlying PeopleSoft database.
• Experience with PeopleSoft-to-SAP transition/migration projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with significant overlap with the US-based SME team.
