Program management. We use g-suite and Atlassian tools, and while we are looking for a recent grad, they need to be proficient in tech and confident in managing workflows, building plans and coordinating action.
A fair bit of humility. At the core, your role is to support and enable others.
Self-motivation. The team is small and connected, but often the work will be solo, remote, or at odd (global) hours, and you need drive to keep everything moving.
Learns quickly. Able to come up to speed quickly on a new domain, understand the business context, and apply it intelligently in a moving context.
Good judgment and confidentiality. You'll see sensitive information and need to make sure to exercise discretion at all times.
Passion for social justice. This is work which relates to identity, to deep issues in the world, to justice. We'd like to see that you are engaged in world issues and passionate to learn more in this space.
Analytical & systematic. You are able to create models that organize, synthesize and analyze data to drive insights.
Collaborative approach. The role requires working across different functions and stakeholders which requires a very collaborative and agile approach in how we work together, regularly seeking and incorporating feedback. This is a very crucial part of this role.
