Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of recruiters Manage hiring pipelines and weekly targets Run pilots of new recruitment tools Report team performance to the TA manager Requirements 4 years of recruitment experience, including leading others Strong pipeline management skills Experience with ATS and job portals
