We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA HCM, SAP Payroll, and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support of payroll solutions in global enterprise environments.

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP solutions.
• Manage EC-to-ECP replication and workforce integration processes.
• Configure payroll schemas, wage types, payroll posting, and FI integration.
• Support Employee-Business Partner (EE-BP) synchronization and data replication activities.
• Configure Payroll Control Center, payroll validation, reconciliation, and payroll operations.
• Support Time Management processes including work schedules, absences, attendance, and payroll impact analysis.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues, replication failures, and integration incidents.
• Execute SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, Integration, and Business stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and process improvement recommendations.
