The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, write, edit, and proofread technical and non-technical content.
Create blogs, articles, case studies, website content, whitepapers, eBooks, and product documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams, developers, consultants, and SMEs to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
Produce content related to Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, data analytics, AI, software development, and enterprise applications.
Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content.
Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Update and improve existing content based on changing business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into easy-to-understand content.
Experience writing for technology, software, SaaS, cloud, data analytics, or IT services domains.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience writing content for Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Copilot, etc.).
Basic understanding of AI, cloud computing, analytics, and enterprise software solutions.
Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and AI writing assistants.
