Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our fully remote team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who have good English communication skills and are interested in building a career in telecalling and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads and communicate professionally in English.
Explain products, services, or offers clearly to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
Handle customer questions professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work independently from home.
English is the only required working language for this role.
