Lead Durgashtra’s key client accounts across corporate, industrial, institutional and residential security contracts, driving client satisfaction, renewals and account growth.

Role & responsibilities

• Own relationships with key corporate and institutional clients
• Lead contract renewals, proposals and pricing discussions
• Run periodic service reviews with clients and operations teams
• Identify upsell opportunities across guarding, surveillance and safety services
• Guide and coach account / client relationship managers

Qualification & skills

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• Proven B2B account-management experience (security / facility services preferred)
• Strong negotiation, presentation and reporting skills

Verification

• Government-issued identity and age proof after shortlisting
• Education and experience records relevant to the role
• Police or background verification where required
• Medical fitness and client-site screening where applicable
• Never send Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, passwords or payment with the initial application
