Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to the CoreHRx website, platform, mobile applications, and related services.
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and THINKNEXT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("THINKNEXT", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of:
- the CoreHRx website at corehrx.com and related pages;
- the CoreHRx HRMS software, APIs, integrations, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Enterprise or paid subscriptions may also be governed by a separate order form, master service agreement, or data processing addendum. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial agreement prevails for paying customers.
2. About CoreHRx
CoreHRx is a cloud HRMS platform offering modules such as attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, expenses, tasks, helpdesk, assets, policies, and related workforce tools.

3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for notifying us promptly of unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or refuse registration if information is false, incomplete, or violates these Terms.
4. Subscription & fees
4.1 Plans & billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles, user limits, and included modules are described on our pricing pages or in your commercial agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes.
4.2 Payment
You agree to pay all charges when due. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.
4.3 Free trials & demos
Trials or demo environments may be limited in duration, features, or data retention. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.
4.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by your plan and commercial agreement. Unless expressly stated, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform security;
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services except as permitted by law or agreement;
- scrape, harvest, or overload systems without written consent;
- misrepresent identity or impersonate others;
- process personal data without lawful authority or required notices;
- store or transmit content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable labour or privacy laws.
We may investigate violations and remove content or suspend access to protect users and the platform.
6. Customer & HR data
6.1 Your data
Customers retain ownership of data they upload to CoreHRx ("Customer Data"), including employee records. You grant THINKNEXT a limited licence to host, process, back up, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
6.2 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- lawful collection and use of employee and candidate information;
- privacy notices, consents, and statutory compliance in your jurisdiction;
- accuracy of payroll, tax, attendance, and HR records entered or imported;
- assigning appropriate roles and permissions within your organisation.
6.3 Our role
THINKNEXT implements reasonable security and processes Customer Data according to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable agreements. We are not responsible for HR decisions made by customers using outputs from the platform.
6.4 Data export & deletion
Upon request or termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to export Customer Data subject to plan features and outstanding fees. Some data may be retained where required by law or backup schedules.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, logos, documentation, and underlying technology, are owned by THINKNEXT or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for internal business purposes during your subscription term.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep CoreHRx available and secure. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure, or third-party failures) may cause temporary interruptions.
We may modify features, deprecate functionality, or release updates. Material changes to paid features will be communicated where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
CoreHRx assists with HR workflows but does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or labour law advice. You should consult qualified professionals for statutory compliance decisions. Calculations and reports depend on data and configuration you supply.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- THINKNEXT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to THINKNEXT in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 50,000, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THINKNEXT, its directors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law;
- Customer Data or content you submit;
- disputes between you and your employees, candidates, or third parties related to your use of CoreHRx.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if continued provision poses security or legal risk.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Before formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@corehrx.com.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with material changes, you must stop using the Services.
