Accounts cum Admin Support Executive

About the Organisation:
Our client is a well-known journalist and author who runs a publication business from Central Delhi. The team is small, and the work environment is professional and close-knit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the books of accounts in Tally, including vouchers, ledgers and bank entries
• Handle invoices, payments, receivables, bank reconciliation and petty cash
• Coordinate GST and TDS compliance with the external CA
• Manage office administration, records and vendor coordination
• Support the founder with scheduling, travel bookings and correspondence

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com (mandatory)
• Experience: No bar, provided expectations fit the salary offered
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Organised, trustworthy and discreet

Salary: ₹3 – 4 LPA
Location: Central Delhi (work from office)
