Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
Process payments and perform daily bank reconciliations.
Inventory and Trading Transactions
Process high-volume purchase and sales invoices.
Reconcile stock ledgers and support accurate inventory accounting for perishable goods.
Receivables and Payables
Maintain vendor accounts, including farmers and logistics providers.
Track customer balances, collections, outstanding payments, and supplier dues.
Tax and Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns and generate E-Way Bills.
Calculate TDS and maintain relevant supporting records.
Reporting and Audit Support
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
Assist statutory auditors and provide required accounting records during audits.

Required Qualifications And Skills

CA Intermediate qualified.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in trading, FMCG, or agri-supply chain businesses is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
Working knowledge of GST returns, E-Way Bills, and TDS.
Fluency in Malayalam and English.
Strong attention to detail, reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions.
