Location: PAN India

Experience range: 5-10 Years

1. Amazon Connect Engineer Deep and relevant contact center industry experience
2. Experience developing solutions using Amazon Connect| Lex| Lambda|
3. Experience and expertise building integrations across SSO AD| CRM| Case management| WFM and other related contact center solutions
4. Experience with software development using one or more development or scripting languages (e.g. Python| Node.js)
5. Experience using and leveraging APIs Understanding of the software development lifecycle and concepts such as agile| SCRUM| CICD| and
6. DevOps Self-starter with deep hands-on work experience with production implementations on public cloud providers within large enterprises 2 years project experience architecting| building| and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS
