Develop and maintain comprehensive AML/KYC Client Due Diligence (CDD) procedures aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Lead the assessment and documentation of customer identification, beneficial ownership, risk classification, and enhanced due diligence (EDD) requirements.
Review and enhance CDD processes and controls to address regulatory changes, emerging financial crime risks, and identified control gaps.
Collaborate with compliance, business, and risk stakeholders to drive consistent implementation, governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of AML/KYC procedures.
