Manage hard-bucket collections and overdue vehicle loan accounts.

Drive NPA recovery and resolution of high-delinquency cases.

Handle and monitor field collection teams.

Achieve collection and recovery targets.

Conduct field visits and handle critical recovery cases.

Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Experience: Relevant experience in vehicle loan collections and hard-bucket recovery.
