Job Title: Banking Business Analyst – Loan Processing

About the Role
We are looking for Banking Business Analysts with hands-on knowledge of loan processing, credit operations, and banking/NBFC workflows who are willing to transition into the technology domain. The role involves understanding business requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with technical teams to support banking and financial services solutions.
We are hiring for both Senior Business Analysts (6+ years of experience) and Junior Business Analysts / Trainees, including candidates with relevant banking internships.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and document loan processing workflows, credit operations, and banking/NBFC processes.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Coordinate with technical and business teams to translate banking requirements into technology solutions.
Support loan processing activities, including home loans and other lending products.
Assist in analysing existing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
Travel domestically as required for client meetings and business assignments.
Required Skills
Background in Banking, Finance, or Financial Services, preferably with banks, NBFCs, or banking institutes.
Knowledge of loan processing, credit cards, home loans, and lending operations.
Strong English communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
Interest in transitioning from traditional banking operations to the technology domain.
Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and undertake domestic travel as required.
Senior BA: 6+ years of relevant experience in banking/NBFC loan processing and business operations.
Junior BA: Freshers or candidates with relevant banking internships, particularly in credit cards, loan processing, or banking operations.
Preferred Background: Candidates from banking institutes, including Manipal, and professionals with experience at organisations such as Bajaj Finance, Piramal Finance, and other banks/NBFCs.
