Position: Back Office Operations – Assistant Manager

Location: Sanand (Ahmedabad)

A Leading International Korean Bank is looking for young and sharp professionals to join its Back Office Operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Trade Finance, Forex and banking operations with a strong understanding of relevant processes and regulations.

• Handle day-to-day back-office banking operations and ensure timely processing of transactions.

• Manage and process LC Bills Discounting transactions with a strong understanding of UCP 600 guidelines.

• Handle KYC-related operations and ensure compliance with applicable banking procedures.

• Manage and monitor RTGS transactions and related processes.

• Handle Trade Finance and Forex operations, including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees and Remittances.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate transaction processing.

• Support retail and corporate banking products and related operational processes.

• Preferred age: 24–28 years.

• Prior experience in banking operations is required.

• Strong understanding of LC Bill Discounting and UCP 600.

• Hands-on experience in Trade Finance and Forex operations.

• Experience in Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit and Remittances.

• Working knowledge of KYC operations and RTGS processes.

• Familiarity with retail and corporate banking products and processes.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured banking environment.

• Gain exposure to international banking operations and cross-border transactions.

• Build specialised expertise in Trade Finance, Forex and Corporate Banking Operations.
