Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors onto the AdviceSahi platform.
- Build and maintain a strong network of Life Insurance Advisors in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential advisors through branch visits, referrals, advisor associations and field outreach.
- Explain AdviceSahi's platform, benefits and services to advisors.
- Support advisors with account setup, policy data upload and platform training.
- Conduct individual and small-group training sessions for newly onboarded advisors.
- Ensure advisors become active on the platform and continue regular usage.
- Maintain regular follow-up with advisors and support them in their day-to-day platform usage.
- Generate opportunities such as Loan Against Policy (LAP) referrals and additional business through the advisor network.
- Track advisor performance, activation and engagement.
- Provide feedback and local market insights to the company.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience as a Unit Manager / Sales Manager / Agency Manager / Sales Development Manager in a Life Insurance company.
- Experience in recruiting and managing 25+ active advisors.
- Strong understanding of the Life Insurance Advisor ecosystem.
- Good communication skills with Tamil + working English for Tamil Nadu roles.
- Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler as this is a field-based role.
- Comfortable with mobile apps, CRM tools and digital platforms.
