Business Relationship Manager - Secured Business Loan

• Needs to have a good knowledge of the local market, with a special focus on the self-employed category. Must have experience in that geography.
  
• Understand clients’ businesses and provide appropriate products like Business Loans and OD facilities.
  
• Work closely with DSAs, telecalling teams, and branch banking teams for new customer acquisition.
  
• Cross-sell various products like Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Life Insurance and General Insurance.
  
• Build relationships with key persons (CFOs/promoters) in the target segments and build client trust and confidence.
  
• Stay alert to competitive activity in the target segments (e.g., other banks) and increase Kotak's presence and penetration in the target market.
  
• Improve efficiency by monitoring sourced accounts and providing top-ups on existing loans when possible.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Business Banking, SME lending, and commercial banking.
  
• Strong knowledge of the local market and the self-employed/business customer segment.
  
• Proven track record in sourcing Business Loans, OD/CC facilities, and acquiring new customers.
  
• Experience in DSA management, branch coordination, and direct sales.
  
• Strong cross-selling skills for CASA, insurance, and other banking products.
  
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
  

Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria

• Graduation qualification in any stream.
  
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in banking sales roles can apply.
  
• Age Criteria: Maximum 40 years of age.
