Experience / Skills Required Experience leading business technology, digital transformation, business applications or automation initiatives from concept through implementation. Ability to understand business processes and translate complex problems into practical technology solutions. Experience working in risk, compliance, third-party management, procurement or another control-focused business area. Understanding of workflow automation, enterprise applications, integrations and data. Practical understanding of artificial intelligence and emerging automation technologies, with an ability to apply them responsibly to business processes. Experience partnering with architecture, security, data and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
