Description JD 1. Maintain a high level of customer service reflected through a knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and supportive staff. 2. Have the ability throughout the year to meet the service requirements for changing volumes. 3. Provide effective and evidenced risk management, procedures, and control across all processes. 4. Provide monthly management information to enable Janus Henderson to proactively manager their business, control risk, update their records, and manage supplier performance. This information should contain at least the following: Processing volumes, incident reporting, issues/inquiries raised by Janus Henderson and their status. 5. Be responsive to Janus Henderson requested changes and implement those changes efficiently and on time. Subject to change control process, i.e. fair and reasonable notice. 6. Provide Janus Henderson with monthly metrics on SLAs met/not met within scope of work, as defined below and in statement of work. 7. Attend working group calls with other internal JHI teams, providing updates on Product Master related queries, asking and answering questions, and understanding where the project is at and next steps required from a Product Master perspective.
