Consultant - HR Digital Transformation

Lead the design, development, and execution of HR Digital Transformation strategies to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital adoption across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the HR Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with business and HR strategy
• Drive execution of digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and realization of business benefits.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and technology-enabled improvements across the HR value chain.
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and end users to define requirements and implement digital solutions.
• Foster user adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and training initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, track key outcomes, and continuously enhance HR digital capabilities.
