Job Description:
Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
Develop Dynamics CRM Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities using C#.
Configure and customize Dynamics CRM including business rules, security roles, solutions, and business processes.
Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
Design and develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Dynamics Web API, REST APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
Work with API Integration, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Web APIs for enterprise integration requirements.
Develop and maintain PCF controls for Dynamics 365 / Power Apps.
Create and execute unit test cases for Plugins and JavaScript using JEST.
Perform solution import/export and manage CRM deployments across environments.
Troubleshoot integration, CRM customization, and application issues.
Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and other technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
