Investigate data security violations and alerts to identify potential data leakage and policy breaches.
Work on email and endpoint data security to monitor and prevent unauthorized sharing or transfer of sensitive information.
Fine-tune DLP rules and policies to improve detection accuracy and reduce false-positive alerts.
Use tools such as Varonis and Symantec DLP to monitor, investigate, and manage data security incidents.
Communicate with end users, explain identified violations in simple, non-technical language, and guide them on corrective actions.
Coordinate with regional EMEA security teams and local IT departments to investigate and resolve data security issues.
Maintain incident documentation and follow up on corrective actions.
