Own delivery of a portfolio of 10–12 projects across multiple practices
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery outcomes
Drive program governance, risk management, and escalation handling
Standardize delivery frameworks, metrics, and reporting across engagements
Customer & Stakeholder Management (ANZ Focus)
Act as the primary delivery interface for ANZ customers and internal stakeholders
Build strong CXO-level relationships and drive customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Lead QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviews
Align delivery outcomes with customer business objectives
