DEX / Nexthink Architect

Seeking an experienced Nexthink Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-wide Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. The role requires expertise in Nexthink, EUC, Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, Analytics, Automation, and Enterprise Integrations.

• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise Nexthink DEX solutions.
• Create HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams, deployment strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Lead Nexthink implementation across Windows, macOS, and VDI environments.
• Configure Nexthink Collectors, Dashboards, Investigations, Campaigns, Remote Actions, and Automation Frameworks.
• Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD, ITSM, SIEM, and Power BI platforms.
• Define DEX KPIs, Experience Scores, SLAs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive proactive monitoring, self-healing automation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with EUC, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, Network, and Business teams.
• Establish governance, security, compliance, and operational standards for DEX environments.

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure, EUC, Digital Workplace, IT Operations, or Monitoring Solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Nexthink implementation and architecture experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide DEX transformation programs.
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow and endpoint management tools.
• Strong expertise in large-scale monitoring, analytics, and workplace experience platforms.
• Experience working with global enterprise customers.
