Job Description:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation and Digital Banking projects from initiation through implementation.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive digital initiatives across Banking, FinTech, Payments, and customer-facing digital platforms.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and senior management.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery milestones.
Lead cross-functional and distributed teams using Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Manage stakeholder communication, governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates.
Coordinate with technology teams for solution delivery, integration, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of digital technologies and processes.
