This position requires extensive experience in Story Creation, Agile Methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking and working with product owners and Leads. Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience. **Key Role/Responsibilities:** + Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement + Performing requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for development team + Conducting requirement grooming meetings and to share business needs and system requirements with the development team + Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements + Serving as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst and development team users + Ability to break down large functional requirements into manageable chunks + Ability to clearly call out the definition of done and acceptance criteria + Managing projects, developing project plans, and unblocking the resources. + Managing competing resources, dependencies and priorities. + Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects + Gather metrics, conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements **Required
Skills:** + Experience in working or managing cloud based web application development + Excellent documentation skills. + A track record of following through on commitments. + Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. + Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. + The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions + Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams) + Knowledge in SQL queries + Experience developing applications with **Agile team methodologies** preferred. + Familiarity with Estimation models **Desired
