Engineer I - Field Service

Brief Job Description:
6+ yrs working experience at UPS /DC power field .

• Responsible for product service and I&C Activity of Telecom Power Equipment / Systems.
• Responsible for providing Technical Support, onsite service support, I&C and Planning.
• Planning and timely execution of preventative maintenance of AMC equipment’s.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of Product technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing system issues and concerns effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports on I&C, PM and BD service visits, including issues encountered and solutions implemented.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve product design and functionality based on the site or field team feedback.
• Direct customer interaction for project and service day-to-day update & tracking
• Prepare detailed record of inventory ; incoming/outgoing spare parts.
• Quick Learner and Result-oriented by providing quality deliverables.
• Execute and co-ordinate on Multiple activities independently.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively in English
