Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering teams and manage end-to-end project and delivery activities.
  • Drive engineering leadership, resource planning, utilization, and team scalability.
  • Manage large teams and complex stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level customer stakeholders.
  • Drive customer success and align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Contribute to account growth, revenue, profitability, presales, estimations, and proposals.
  • Manage Fixed Price, T&M, and Hybrid T&M engagements.
  • Mentor engineering teams and develop the leadership pipeline.
  • Work with recruitment teams to support aggressive customer staffing requirements.
  • Manage projects across different sizes and technology environments, including large 100+ member engagements.
  • Review and manage projects involving modern architecture, Cloud, DevOps, Java, and .NET.
  • Track delivery performance, risks, utilization, resource pyramids, and other key operational metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in Development, Design, or Architecture will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
  • 12 16 years of overall experience with strong experience in engineering/delivery management.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-facing capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing large engineering teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Software Product Engineering or Outsourced Product Delivery is preferred.
