Job Description
ERP Full Stack Development Lead – MERN & NestJS
Role Overview
We are looking for a
highly experienced, technically strong, and ownership-oriented ERP Full Stack Development Lead with deep expertise in
MERN, NestJS, React.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and enterprise ERP application development.
This is
not a conventional ERP developer position. The selected individual will be expected to take
end-to-end technical ownership of the organization's current and upcoming ERP development projects, while also leading, mentoring, strengthening, and improving the productivity of the existing development team.
The ideal candidate should have
overall software development experience, with a minimum of
5 years of substantial hands-on experience in ERP / enterprise application development.
The person should have practical experience working on an ERP product consisting of
at least 10 integrated modules and should understand not only software development, but also
business processes, workflows, integrations, data flow, implementation challenges, project estimation, delivery management, debugging, team productivity, and the complete ERP software lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who can operate as a
technical owner rather than simply a task executor.
The Expected Outcome From This Role Is:
AI-assisted development + Rapid Development + Higher Accuracy + Higher Developer Productivity + Faster Project Delivery + Stronger Development Team
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End ERP Development Ownership
- Take technical ownership of the organization's current and future ERP development projects.
- Understand the complete ERP product architecture, modules, workflows, integrations, dependencies, and technical ecosystem.
- Manage and guide the development lifecycle from requirement analysis → technical design → estimation → development → testing support → deployment → maintenance → enhancement.
- Ensure that development decisions are aligned with long-term ERP product scalability and maintainability.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges before they affect projects.
- Establish development standards that can be consistently followed across current and future ERP projects.
- Ensure that new requirements are developed without unnecessarily compromising existing ERP functionality.
- Maintain technical consistency across modules and projects.
- ERP Domain Expertise
The candidate must have
real-world ERP development experience, preferably involving an ERP product with
10 or more integrated modules.
Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Workflows Such As:

- Design and optimize Mongoose schemas.
- Write efficient MongoDB queries and aggregations.
- Identify and resolve database performance issues.
- Understand relationships and dependencies between ERP entities.

- Continuously improve estimation accuracy.
The role should be capable of
assessing and planning ETAs for a high-volume development pipeline, including 100+ new project/change requests or requirements in a month, without compromising technical quality.
The expectation is not simply to provide an ETA, but to build a development system capable of
predictable and measurable delivery.
- Rapid Development & Faster Delivery
We are specifically looking for a developer who believes in
rapid, disciplined, and intelligent development.
The Candidate Should:
- Develop rapidly without compromising maintainability.
- Minimize unnecessary development cycles.

- Establish reusable development frameworks and standards.
- Reduce rework caused by incomplete analysis or poor implementation.
- Improve developer productivity continuously.
- Identify bottlenecks in the current development process and eliminate them.
- Convert requirements into production-ready functionality quickly and accurately.
The Objective Is:
More quality output in less time — not simply more lines of code.
