Job description

The candidate should be well versed with SAP (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process weekly employee expense reimbursements through the PeopleStrong system.
  2. Prepare project-wise cash flow statements on a weekly basis.
  3. Process vendor payments and utility payments related to project operations.
  4. Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements of employees in a timely manner.
  5. Process customer refund payments as per approved requests.
  6. Conduct scrutiny and reconciliation of employee advances and process necessary adjustments.
  7. Process online statutory payments, including PT, PF, ESIC, TDS, TCS, and GST.
  8. MIS Generation
  9. Bank payment and receipt entry

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems

Qualification

  • B.Com / M.Com preferred.

Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience preferably in Real Estate sector
