Hiring Associate Commercial Excellence For Healthcare At BKC Location

Role Purpose

• Design, develop, and automate business reporting, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.

• Integrate data from multiple systems to provide actionable business insights and support commercial decision-making.

• Leverage advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, Power Query, and Power BI to transform complex datasets into meaningful business matrices and reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Highly analytical BI professional with strong expertise in Excel, VBA/Macros, Power Query, and Power BI.

• Experienced in integrating data from multiple sources and converting complex customer- and product-level data into actionable business insights.

• Strong understanding of commercial analytics, business reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automated MIS reports, performance dashboards, and management reporting frameworks.

• Build advanced Excel-based tools and automation solutions using VBA/Macros, Power Query, and advanced formulas.

• Consolidate and integrate data from multiple internal and external systems into a unified reporting structure.

• Combine data across platforms, systems, products, customers, and channels to generate meaningful business insights.

• Establish automated data workflows to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.

• Develop customer-level and product-level matrices to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Identify business trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.

• Design and deploy interactive Excel and Power BI dashboards for commercial and sales performance tracking.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.

• Support forecasting, target setting, incentive calculations, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS, Commercial Analytics, or Data Analytics.

• Proven experience in developing and automating MIS reports and sales analytics solutions.

Technical Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel.

• Advanced VBA/Macros programming and automation.

• Power Query for data transformation and integration.

• Intermediate-level Power BI dashboard development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience integrating data from multiple databases, ERP, CRM, and other business systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.

• Experience in Commercial Excellence or Sales Analytics.
