As the company continues expanding across the APAC region, they are looking for an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries. This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you'll partner with managers and employees, ensure compliant HR operations across different jurisdictions, and help create an engaging employee experience within a globally distributed team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with strategic HR initiatives in a fast-growing international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding

  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with local labor laws and employment regulations across multiple APAC jurisdictions

  • Manage employee records within the HRIS, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and collaboration with hiring managers

  • Assist with performance review cycles by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and supporting managers throughout the process

  • Respond to employee questions regarding contracts, benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures

  • Partner with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration

  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring performance

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and regional team events

  • Help maintain and update HR policies to align with both company standards and local legal requirements

  • Collaborate with external vendors, recruitment partners, benefits providers, and legal advisors when needed

  • Work closely with the global HR team to implement company-wide initiatives across the APAC region

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

  • Knowledge of employment legislation in at least one APAC country (such as the Philippines, India, Japan, Australia, or New Zealand)

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for reporting and HR analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in an additional APAC language

  • Experience supporting regional or international HR operations

  • Exposure to fast-growing SaaS or technology companies

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data to drive decision-making

  • Passion for employee experience and continuous process improvement

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments

Why Join

  • Join a globally recognized technology company serving leading financial institutions

  • Play a key role in supporting teams across a diverse and growing APAC region

  • Collaborate with an experienced international HR team in a remote-first environment

  • Gain exposure to multiple labor markets, cultures, and HR practices

  • Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing workplace while growing your international HR career

  • Enjoy the flexibility of fully remote work while collaborating with colleagues across North America, Europe, and APAC
