Job description

. Background Verification (BGV)

  • Coordinate and follow up with BGV vendors for employee verification cases.
  • Initiate BGV requests for new joiners as per defined process.
  • Track BGV cases and ensure timely completion within agreed SLA.
  • Follow up with employees for pending documents or clarification required for BGV.
  • Maintain BGV trackers and update case status regularly.
  • Coordinate with HR/Recruitment teams for discrepancies or adverse verification reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of BGV cases.
  • Prepare periodic BGV status reports and pending case reports.

2. Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with HR vendors for day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Maintain vendor trackers, contracts, invoices, and service-related records.
  • Follow up with vendors for pending activities and ensure timely closure.
  • Monitor vendor performance and agreed SLA/TAT.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Support periodic vendor performance reviews and MIS preparation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of vendor communications and approvals.

3. PR & PO Management

  • Support the HR team in raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for HR-related services.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams for PR/PO processing.
  • Follow up for PO creation, approval, and release.
  • Coordinate with vendors for PO-related requirements.
  • Maintain a tracker of PRs and POs raised for HR vendors/services.
  • Ensure invoices are submitted against the correct PO and coordinate for invoice processing.
  • Follow up on pending PR/PO/invoice-related issues until closure.

4. HR Operations Support

  • Support the HR Operations team in maintaining employee and vendor-related records.
  • Prepare MIS and trackers related to HR operations.
  • Support audits by providing required records and documentation.
