Job Description:
Strong hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience, including sources/connectors, identity profiles, transforms, access profiles, roles, workflows, certifications and lifecycle configuration.
Practical SailPoint CI/CD / configuration-as-code experience, ideally including Configuration Hub, REST APIs, object export/import, dependency handling, environment-specific mappings and promotion between Dev, Pre-Prod and Production.
Azure DevOps CI/CD capability, including YAML pipelines, Git branching/PR controls, approval gates, variable groups, secrets management, artefact/evidence generation, rollback and drift detection. The current design uses ADO as the governed promotion mechanism for MyAccess configuration.
Python and REST API automation skills, particularly for SailPoint API interaction, validation, transformation/tokenisation and deployment tooling.
Experience aligning non-production IAM environments with Production, including identifying must-match dependencies, environment-specific substitutions, test-data requirements and acceptable deviations.
Integration knowledge across Active Directory, Entra ID and SuccessFactors, particularly how these dependencies affect correlation, provisioning, de-provisioning, JML and application onboarding.
Testing and release-assurance experience, including integration/regression testing, repeatable test data, deployment evidence, rollback validation, environment drift and documenting residual risk where representative testing is not possible.
Good architecture/documentation skills - able to turn technical implementation into clear design decisions, runbooks, as-built documentation, test evidence and material suitable for Review and Change Advisory Boards.
Able to work relatively independently in a client environment, engage with IAM, infrastructure, HR/P&C, application and release-management stakeholders, and identify dependencies or blockers early.
