Consult with business and technology stakeholders to understand business continuity and disaster recovery requirements. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and technical reviews to identify risks, dependencies, and resilience gaps. Support the development and implementation of BCP and DR strategies, plans, and procedures. Collaborate with technical teams to assess backup and recovery capabilities, particularly for databases and critical systems. Help define and validate recovery objectives, including Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO). Coordinate disaster recovery testing, backup restoration exercises, and business continuity simulations. Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Document findings, recommendations, action plans, and implementation progress. Engage with stakeholders across business, infrastructure, application development, database, and operations teams to ensure effective implementation of resilience measures.
