JobSummary
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure management, IT operations, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven team leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage infrastructure operations across multiple locations.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure and end-user support team, ensuring effective service delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud servers, networks, end-user computing, laptops, devices, and endpoint protection.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Oversee Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
- Manage network support, infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT service delivery.
- Oversee IT Asset Management (ITAM), including asset procurement, tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Manage IT vendors, procurement activities, cloud services, hardware, and infrastructure-related services.
- Lead IT infrastructure planning and implementation for new office setups, including IT requirements, security infrastructure, and technology rollouts.
- Coordinate with administration, internal IT and security teams, builders, and external vendors for office infrastructure deployment.
- Ensure IT infrastructure is maintained and secured in alignment with organizational security policies and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC.
- Monitor infrastructure projects, operational performance, and service delivery, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate infrastructure operations across domestic and international locations.
- Support occasional time-zone overlap with global teams, including the US, Dominican Republic, and Philippines.
RequiredSkills& Qualifications
- 16+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a manager-level role.
- Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, servers, networking, and infrastructure operations.
- Experience with any one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of end-user computing, device management, endpoint security, and end-user support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of network support, infrastructure maintenance, and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, and infrastructure project delivery.
- Experience coordinating IT infrastructure requirements for new office setups and technology rollouts.
- Familiarity with infrastructure security practices and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
AdditionalRequirements
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office five days a week.
- Flexibility to support global teams across different time zones when required.
- Willingness to travel to other domestic locations, including Hyderabad, Kochi, and Mysore, as well as international locations.
