Job Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
Handle purchase and sales invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
Maintain Tally/ERP entries and ledgers.
Assist in bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
Prepare basic reports and statements in MS Excel.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist the senior accountant in daily accounting activities.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and accounting principles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.
Candidates from Ahmedabad preferred.
Preferred Candidate: Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to handle routine accounting work independently.
