Experience & Core Requirements
3-5 years relevant experience. Fluent in English (oral and written). Must pass Bank selection committee interview and complete background verification (BGV).
Technical Skill Set
Proficiency in at least 3 of: Exchange/Exchange Online admin, Outlook, MS Teams, ActiveSync, SharePoint access requests, Windows 11 troubleshooting, O365 apps, spam/spoofing awareness, Basic AD Operations, Basic DNS. Strong Outlook/MS Teams/ActiveSync mobile troubleshooting. 3rd-party & O365 business app troubleshooting.
Required Certifications
At least 1 of: MS-900, Azure Administrator, Microsoft Messaging, ITIL V4
