Position Summary

The Digital & Data Analytics (D&DA) team within Global Supply Chain Services is transforming how the organisation leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, and analytics to improve productivity, drive Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs), and enable faster, more informed business decisions. The team is focused on delivering scalable, cost-effective digital solutions with an emphasis on speed, simplicity, and measurable business value.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital & Data Analytics, this role is responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of AI-driven digital initiatives. The successful candidate will independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle — from ideation and intake through implementation, adoption, and value realisation — ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced expertise across the following areas:

  • Advanced AI & Emerging Technologies — Leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted tools to build intelligent, efficient solutions.
  • Reporting & Analytics — Designing data architectures for reporting, building ETL pipelines, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and developing business-friendly dashboards and reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • Data Engineering & Pipeline Management — Building and maintaining robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations across cloud-based platforms to ensure reliable, high-quality data flows.
  • User-Centric Solutioning — Developing solutions that prioritise usability, adoption, and tangible business outcomes.
  • Smart Communication — Translating technical complexity into clear, concise narratives for diverse stakeholders.

You will be managing multiple projects in parallel, making strong time management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement skills essential to delivering consistent results.
