Description and requirements

  • Execute local and international purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely release and delivery of materials.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to facilitate timely payment processing and closure of vendor invoices.
  • Resolve procurement-related discrepancies by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address sales-related queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
  • Run and monitor automation files and tools as per scheduled timelines.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and operational effectiveness.
