Key Responsibilities:Configure, validate, and troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow rules and transport configurations.Perform end-to-end testing of email aliasing and rewrite mechanisms using CES/secure email gateway solutions.Validate inbound and outbound mail routing across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.Ensure successful mail delivery and interoperability across internal and external domains.Execute testing and validation of:Microsoft Purview DLP policiesEncryption policiesJournaling requirementsEmail disclaimers and transport rulesRetention and compliance controlsCollaborate with DLP, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to resolve policy issues and document outcomes.Perform mailbox analysis and alias conflict identification.Maintain remediation tracker and drive closure of alias-related issues.Coordinate with business and technical teams for resolution of naming conflicts and mail routing concerns.Technical
